We held back steady coz a lamp was lit but we still let the cold in, so the sound of the crisis ain't that surprising/the west fuelled the hate in the east for the west and now the world is divided, so the sounds of the violence ain't that surprising/we learn, work then spend ourselves 'til the end, got their system working perfectly, so odious oppression ain't that surprising/we ain't got no human attitude, it began with their moulding, so the sound of the silence is so disturbing./what I find surprising still, there's no reviving makes me ill/there's a problem don't you know, the world needs resolving/as the sound of the kindness, goes unnoticed./Sleep should be easy, like breathing/but i'm beaten by a box and a puppet chameleon, repeating shades of colours so we should know better/layers of gutters and i'm still getting wet/no two ends meet together, just the ones that are visual/there's revival in forgetting this continual trivial, material set up, made our quest up, keeping us guessing making all the rest up/they won't admit it's mess, the elitists are pleased, got their system working cyclically, it's sick to me/generation after generation waiting for change, unaware their exacerbating this state everyday/distractions manufactured so we don't take action/looking for a souless reaction, a numeral pattern, a consumable package/wrapped up the matter in a material fashion./Light has been a sight surviving/gently brighter it won't fight/stirring soft amongst the money/hoping love will get done.

Lonely I roam, slowly getting older/they're gonna tax us for their weight again, they're gonna make us pay for change./I bust my gut when I work too much and rust my nut if I don't earn enough/where's the middle ground, middle man's fiddled now it's riddled sounds and it's turning me down/now we're a state of this common convenience, innocent consumption forced by the media/enforced by the government, absorbed by the people, it's fed straight through our screens/we've seen- the daily news tells us what they want, giving us the blues and conversation front/but it's backwards, choosing the important- propaganda, standing as the upper-hand/have a ganders, watch your damn cctv and see/everybody's unhappy./when you go dancing, for the right reasons, come on/put down your weapons, lean to the speakers, come on./though we stand us one, so sweetly different/each are trying to succeed, in turn forget what we've achieved/we consist of the-./Calm and collected, down and neglected, wise and reflective, we're all connected./You know that when the beat comes around, you can feel it now/don't stand with your toes implanted in the ground/make your shape now, break the chain now./When you go dancing.

Aches 04:23
A sound, blowing around aside/oh this sound aches, but no one's blames need to reciprocate/we built it up strong, snake bit, heart aches did us wrong/only in the eyes of whats right, if we pull through we might surprise them/we tired of structure and rules in place to look after/will be a harder ever after, we need this./Oh how slow, up the slope we go/I feel it rolling back round to the stop again/I hope it's not false hope, I hope it shows/I hope i'm wrong and you can say I told you so./If we can save it, you know it's us that'll be amazed/pick time its way and brave it./No can't switch around/now naturally so bound/so i'll stick around/surrounded ourselves with the jammy hands.

Unit 05:15
Binding time in our own special way, this is the unit/Build your own from the dirt and escape, learn how to use it/now we've found space to regenerate amongst the music/we are one do you hear what I say? This is the unit./When it rises so devine, why do we decline from fear of the-/fall is heavy steadily descending into order, can you hear them call?

Why do we feel we've fallen down to the ground? is it coz our numbers haven't rolled up? is it coz they told us the answer would fall from above? well it still hasn't rocked up. I see the sun rises in the east, sets in the mess. they made us oh so submerged in this sticky mess, we stay observant coz we don't see our purpose, in line to earn as the burn is worsened. I blame much of the depression on the obsession to come first, avoiding contact to believe you're better than that. But we don't have to be like-minded to live free, simply see we all live this differently. but coincide the blues and the greens, we need to breathe, we all need to eat. Chorus: We can hide in the shadow, but we can win, only from doin. We can't run from the trouble, looks like it won't change, 'til the storm comes. We are the young, young + limber, looks like the old, won't last the winter, though we are kind, we're struggling to find, the funds to keep them from going under. The big bad man makes us sick, gives us trouble, so keep on your toes, hold your own. It's sad that most of this is imaginary , where is the snow? they replaced it with gold.
